Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
Genuinely couldn’t believe we scored 2 from set plays today.
One of the things I feel we’ve lost recently is being dangerous from set pieces.
Today aside though, we’ve got to be one of the worst crossing teams in the league.Comment

How do you guys feel about your new home kits? They're a little "busy" to me.#LFC

We've also never lost a match with them on. Haven't even dropped a point.

I'm indifferent. They're not bad enough that I immediately hate them and, in fact, they'll probably grow on me but "indifferent" is probably the best way to describe my initial reaction.Comment

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
Your transfer ban appeal has been rejected.
As of right now you cannot sign Higuain or Kovacic on permanent deals? (Have they really done enough to warrant them anyway?)
The transfer window opens next Thursday at midnight. Chelsea do have the option of appealing to the Court of Arbitration for Sport to try to overturn it.
Should that also fail, who from your 41 loaned out players do you see capable of securing a place in next season's squad?
I've watched a lot of The Championship this year and Mason Mount looks the stand out youngster along with defenders, Fikayo Tomori and Reece James.
Christian Pulisic is arriving from Dortmund as his deal was done before the ban.
Any other returnees likely to stick around?
Zouma?
Moses?
Bakayoko?
Abraham?
Batshuayi?Comment

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
TIL Victor Moses is still on Chelsea's books. He's actually on an 18-month loan that started in January. Wonder if they could recall him.Comment

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
Yeah we can recall all of our loanees if need be but there will be fees that would need to be paid.
FIFA is so dumb btw.
They upheld the ban but won’t prevent us from signing 16yr olds which is what got us into this predicament.
And that’s Premier League winner Victor Moses to you Bret!

Chelsea have a lot of youngsters that could vy for first-team minutes, the real question ends up being if Sarri, or whomever is in charge will play them.Support Local Sports

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
This was always going to happen, but it’s hard not to be at least a little bitter about it considering the 3 big boys from Spain all got to postpone their ban.
We do have a few youngsters on loan that we might be forced to try out, which could end up being a good thing.
The biggest concern is striker for me. We just don’t have any on loan or in the academy that can do the job. Tammy is fantastic but he’s pretty limited. Maybe he can do alright in a pinch because he can at least put the ball in the back of the net, but I’m not sure he is good enough to be the 20+ goal player we need in that position.
Striker was the biggest reason we needed to postpone the ban, most of our other positions can be covered if we need to.Comment

Re: ***The Official Chelsea FC Thread***
Did Chelsea trigger the extension on Giroud's contract? Would you attempt (or should I say would you like to see them attempt) to bring Morata back early from his 18 month loan?Comment
