My personal favorite:
United have just signed a promising young striker from Senegal. At his first ever practice, Sir Alex comes over with a ball. "BALL" he says loudly, pointing at it. "KICK" and makes an exaggerated kicking motion. "GOAL", pointing at the goal. The Senegalese player is pretty hurt by how condescending the manager is, but he's also very intimated. However, after another minute of similar instructions he approaches Ferguson and says "you know... I do speak English". Sir Alex replies "hang on lad, I'm still talking to Wayne"Too Old To Game Club
