 Re: MLS Discussion Thread

didn't chivas just get bought this year or last year? I know they are forcing everyone in that organization to speak spanish and currently have a law suit filed against them for discrimination.

LA and the surrounding counties are huge, I can see 3 teams there easily.Comment

Because Kroenke knows what he is doing (generally speaking) and would bring more revenue to league. Besides didn't he just approve a new team for Beckham in Miami.Comment

 Re: MLS Discussion Thread

Chivas USA basically doesn't even exist here (or anywhere in the US for that matter). They can't even get rid of free tickets. I've been stopped in mall parking lots by CUSA reps trying to give me tickets. I think they will eventually be rebranded and shipped off to one of the cities that are looking for a team (St Louis, San Antonio?).

Once that is done, I'm sure Garber would welcome an Arsenal sister club in LA. I think they would probably be an instant rival to us because of what they can potentially bring to the table with star players, money, etc... and what they stand for (Arsenal). The rumor wasn't really welcome with LAG supporters. We'll see...Comment

 Re: MLS Discussion Thread

I'm really looking forward to the Concacaf CL. As a SKC fan I wish I could go see Cruz Azul play. I really hope we go all out and field our strongest 11 even though the league fixtures will be as well

Season cannot come soon enough. Since I'll be blacked out potentially on Fire matches, I'm going to pay attention to Portland and TFC as well."The only time you loosen your hands around an opponent's throat is to get a better grip."

 Re: MLS Discussion Thread

Is anyone here familiar with MLS Live for watching the games? Seems to be pretty much the only way to catch any games this season as far as I can tell. Thought about picking up one of the Roku devices since it's supported.

I've just gained an interest in soccer over the last couple years and have gradually started watching more and more games and hoping to follow the MLS closely this year.Texas Rangers/Saints/LSU/Tottenham Hotspur

 Re: MLS Discussion Thread

Looks promising this year. Henry's last season with NYRB (contract runs out), Toronto is loaded with a strong squad, LAG is good, Portland is good, Seattle is good, Houston is good, there's a strong chance of any of 12 teams winning the cup. This season feels like a filler until next year, when NYCFC comes in with Orlando and hopefully Chivas is moved to LA.NFL: New York Giants

I bought it last year and it is well worth the cost. The HD quality is great, and interface is really simple. You will get blackout games once in a while, so it's about timing on occasion. Is anyone here familiar with MLS Live for watching the games? Re: MLS Discussion Thread

I've had it in years past. Works really well. There will be plenty of games though split between NBC/ESPN/Unimas/Univision as well. CONCACAF CL games with MLS clubs should be on fox sports 2 and fox soccer plus.Is anyone here familiar with MLS Live for watching the games?
