Before I get jumped on about Wilshere giving City supporters the bird, I've seen the picture. No argument there.

Its videos like this which make me quite sad. The home support in the Premier League is often so poor. The away fans are normally awesome, particularly of the clubs who take large followings away. Plus, the away fans are normally from that area, as in you might see a lot of Man Utd/Chelsea/Arsenal fans be day-trippers.

I think that might have been a thinly-veiled rant there. Leeds haven't been in the Premiership for about 10 years, please let me off!

Would you say that high ticket prices result in this?

It's a combination of factors with one of them being high ticket prices. You've got all seater stadiums and the fact that the Premiership is just all about money (there are constant comparisons with the Bundesliga here at the moment) to name two more. With the home games in the Premiership (from what I know, haven't experienced due to Leeds being in the league below), there's a different type of fan I feel. And there's no real "singing sections" which a lot of fans are trying to implement now.

The Premier League is a global league now, but it's come with the price of two things: the national team is getting weaker and weaker, and the fans that have been going for decades are finding they're being priced out. It'll be interesting what happens over the next decade, something's got to change.

But I will say despite the loss of atmosphere in the Premier League, there is not a hint of the other crap we see in Italy, the Balkans and Russia. You can take an eight year-old to the Bridge or to the Kop and not have to worry about Nazi salutes and monkey chants.

I think that shows the feeling of Britain at the moment. We're quite a nice people these days. Well, I think. Anything offensive is highly publicised nowadays in the UK so a lot of people don't want to say anything.

This article talks about this. What a joke!

Vincent Tan is a businessman. He'd like you to know that. He is such a keen businessman that he changed Cardiff City 's shirt colour from blue to red because he thought it would ...

A little bit up the road, this is happening in Hull which shares similarities with Cardiff. I was about to say the same exact thing that I said a few posts ago, the Premier League is a global game and the fans of the clubs in England/Wales are getting increasingly annoyed at actions of the owners of clubs.

Great show of support for Malky Mackay at Anfield. The Cardiff fans pretty much made their feelings clear!

                              Damn Liverpool looking scary.

Question for Liverpool dudes: how do you guys feel about Skrtel? He looked like he was doing his level best to hose that game up for you guys.
