I actually love Ramires, I just think Van Ginkel will eventually take his role. They are basically the same type of player except Van Ginkel is a really good passer.

Though I also don't think it will matter too much, as the next 4-5 years we will see the emergence of RLC.

Re: The 2013-14 EPL Discussion Thread

        Ruben Loftus-Cheek

He is a center mid, and probably our most promising youth player. Every scouting report/article I've seen suggests that his technical ability on the ball rivals that of any CURRENT Chelsea player, including starters. He is physically a ridiculous athlete, and he's only 17. He went toe-to-toe with Yaya during our friendlies last summer and made Yaya so frustrated that he started fouling the crap out of the kid in a friendly.

It is believed that he will actually be our first "straight to first team" player, there is NEVER any talk of potential loans for him. Chelsea have some of the best scouts in the game at the moment, and most of them have said they haven't ever seen a 16 year old(only recently turned 17 i believe) that talented before.

I've not known the Chelsea camp to be this excited for a youth player before, and they are keeping him curiously well hidden.

Sounds a bit like our Gedion Zelalem, but better.

Everton shooting themselves in the foot with two own goals in the first 35mins, wow!

I did that in FIFA once. Thankfully I ended up drawing 2-2. It was weird scoring all of the goals.

I don't know why Mourinho being a dick surprises anyone.

Feel bad for the man though, he certainly deserves to win a PL title once in his life. It's far from over anyway. City need to get 12/12 now, not sure if they can do that.

                          I have a feeling they'll only need 10 points.

What's funny is that Liverpool were complaining from the start (and rightly so) that we were wasting time yet both goals came in extra time.

Again, Ashley Cole came in and played a great game. I thought it should have been a penalty on Flannagan for that hand-ball only because he was the 2nd man and his arms were extended away from his body.

Great job of keeping Suarez in check and Sturridge was a ghost.

Most important thing, we made it through with no injuries.
