If we don't get a win against West Brom...... Palace will be trickier but we should be winning it. I can see Ivanovic being dropped and Dave moving across with Baba coming in. Zouma could even play instead of Terry/Cahill too. I'd like to see Traore or Moses get a chance on the wings too or even Cuadrado from the start although there are rumours of him leaving on loan to Juve.

I don't want to ever see Cuadrado in a Chelsea jersey again. I have zero faith that he can cut it in this league. If we don't get a win against West Brom...... He has barely played in the EPL though, not saying hasn't flopped but I just don't think he got his fair share of time and I just think he quality is up to Mo's standard.Comment

Re: The 2015-2016 EPL Discussion Thread
That's what everyone says about him, that he needs more time BUT you only get more time if you earn it in the little time you're already afforded. His work-rate is great BUT it's more often a case of guilt after he gives the ball and gets up from the pitch.
I, and I think the majority of the Chelsea fans would much rather see Victor Moses and even Traore right now.Comment

Victor Moses? Really? If they're going to give up on Cuadrado, they better be dropping cash before they're starting Moses regularly. He's not Chelsea quality.Comment

That tells you how bad Cuadrado has been.
Here's his best game for us...vs Everton. I'll spoiler it so no one has to openly watch it

Re: The 2015-2016 EPL Discussion Thread
Victor Moses has been one of our best players in preseason, he actually has what it takes to be in a Chelsea team.
Liverpool fans don't rate him, which is understandable, but you have to remember: he was one of our best and most consistent players the previous year, and he also really likes being a Chelsea player. Obviously people are going to say "of course he likes being a Chelsea player, they pay him loads of money", but he genuinely seems to love wearing a Chelsea shirt.
Then after being one of our best players, Jose comes in and immediately loans him out. He was super bummed out that entire year for Liverpool, no way we're you guys going to get the best out of him. He was definitely better for Stoke, one of their best players at times, but you could still occasionally tell he didn't want to be there.
Personally, I'm very big on Victor, I hope he get the chance he technically already earned a few seasons ago. He's much more direct than Willian, which is something we need. Pedro will help that obviously too.
TLDR: Victor Moses is much better than most non-Chelsea fans think he is. Honestly, we probably don't win the Europa League if you take him out of that team.Comment

Re: The 2015-2016 EPL Discussion Thread
Well, looks like Pedro will now come in and take any minutes he would have had.
I don't think Moses is terrible or anything, and sure he probably helped win a Europa league because he's a decent player, and Chelsea have the luxury of having a B team that can compete and win most ties in the Europa League. But do you really think he's a starter on an EPL-winning side? Not so sure about that. They can do better and now have with Pedro.Last edited by ImTellinTim; 08-19-2015, 09:39 AM.Comment

I do actually, I think he still has the potential to be one of the best wingers in the league.Comment

Well I just don't see it, so we'll have to agree to disagree on that one.Comment

Again, totally understandable that a Liverpool fan would have that opinion he was really terrible for you.Comment

As the weeks go by, I get more and more pissed and that result versus West Ham looks worse and worse.

It's kind of awkward how Sky Sports uses pictures of their commentators to announce goals. My Twitter feed is full of head shots of middle aged guys in suits, wearing headsets.University of Minnesota Golden Gopher Hockey
