For as many times as I've typed the "mutual consent" sentence, everything coming from the club and Howe makes this look like it was in fact 100% mutual.

Yeah, this is one of those where I would not at all be surprised that he suggested perhaps it's time for a change, and he also needs a break. I'd honestly not be surprised if the club didn't try and talk him into staying.

It might be the most mutual consent we'll ever get.

Pirlo is now official. That was really, really fast.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if Juve had this planned all along when they made Pirlo the U23 coach last week. Just a way to get him into the building quicker before Sarri was fired.

I think my favorite thing about it so far is a Forbes article I read about the appointment and what Juve were thinking. The author describes Pirlo as “former NYCFC midfielder”. Which, yeah technically true lol

This will come as a surprise to many, but reports are already coming out that Quique Setien has been relieved of his duties as the man in charge of Barcelona.

Was a dead manager walking. Lost the team months ago.

Does Pep take the job after getting knocked out by Bayern in the semi final?

I don't think he wants the pressure of that job again.

Whoever gets it needs time but as long as Messi is there no manager will have time.

Seems to be the hottest rumour, along with the "players don't want Pochettino"

Because Pochettino wouldn't want some of those players.

(based on attitude and work ethic, not skills, obviously)

There were also some bs rumors about his ties to their rival Espanyol. 100% what you said though

I just think it's absolutely wild that a manager would get sacked by Everton and pick up the Barcelona job within 3 years.

                                Is Barcelona OK?

(Koeman has done well with the Dutch, but they also have a really good batch of players in the right age range at the moment)
