    Re: 2022-23 English Football Thread

I just got into Premier League last season and looking forward to the upcoming season. Are there are any preview books, magazines, websites, etc. that you would recommend that do a good job of previewing the upcoming season?

FourFourTwo has a pretty good preview issue. However, it can sometimes be late. They usually have it at Barnes and Noble eventually.

I know it's only preseason BUT with how Everton played last year and the lack of signings they have so far minus + Richarlson leaving....they've got to be strong candidates to go down.

Their majority 1st team vs Arsenal's majority 1st team last night was awful.

Looks like it’s out this Wednesday. Thanks for the tip!

I’m not sure if they’ve changed how it’s distributed, but I know sometimes in the past it has gotten here a month late.

And the players they are linked to are just bizarre. A £25mbid for Morgan Gibbs-White from Wolves. A player who can get nowhere near their squad. And now linked with Kyle Walker-Peters for £40m. A striker should be their number one priority with Richarlison gone and DCL's poor injury record.

Minnesota United is up 3-0 on Everton right before halftime. It’s been an absolute cluster so far for Everton, and from what I can tell, the starting XI isn’t far off from their best option at the moment.

Hey, maybe there will be 3 teams worse than Fulham, so we can end this promotion-relegation roller coaster of the last half decade!

Haven't checked if those figures are accurate, but he WAS scoring for fun during his loan spell with West Ham. Could be well worth it if he helps Forest stay in the Prem. Worst-case scenario, you get some cool dancing and his brother complaining at ya.

I just found out that in Canada Premier League games are no longer available on DAZN but have moved to another pay site, something called FuboTV. Seems like they move to a new network in Canada every year. It's a challenge just to keep up.

Of course, I didn't find out until I paid for my DAZN yearly subscription. So annoying.

The good news is that FuboTV is actually a good value for what you get (at least in the US).

Yep, Dazn lost the EPL rights. Footie becoming quite expensive. You need an excel sheet to keep track of what's on in Canada.

Sports net have FA Cup and Community Shield. FuBoTv has the Premier league and DaZn has Champions League, Europa League, Europa Conference and Carabao Cup.

Had to buy an Amazon Firestick to get access to FuboTv as my PS4 isn't compatible with it.
