When he refs our match, I mentally start at -1 goals to prepare for the Tierney Tax.

I mean Nuñez just legitimately plays the ball and he invents a foul lmao.

Tierney is comfortably one of the worst refs in the league

        Lmao.

Standings are straight up deceit. United are easily as bad as we are.

Actually worse. They’ve somehow lucked their way into 8th with a negative goal difference and something like 13/14 defeats across all comps

Lol, still no goal for United. Nearly 5 matches since they last scored.

Villa’s going to lose this game if they keep at it with this high line and absolutely no pressure on passers

Villa are doing their best to piss this away.

It was never going to be sustainable, despite some of their supporters seemingly bragging about how many offsides they draw because they're so good at it.

In general, they're results have not matched their rather meh performances, and I can't think of a better way to sum that up than seeing them blow a 0-2 lead to this Man United side.

It was always on the cusp, but Peter Drury's commentary has very much jumped the shark.

It's not poetic—it's trite. Every week, or more than once a week, he's speaking as if we're witnessing some of the greatest moments in the history of the sport.

Yup. Horrible in-game management by Emery. The only thing United have going for them is pace up top and you play right into it.

Look at em now, zero sense of urgency and no actual plan. They’re going to need Diaby or Watkins to pull off something special.

Cannot stand him. Luckily I never, ever have to hear him commentate as FuboTV has the Premier league productions feed.

He’s always been insanely over the top.

I know Jon Champion isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but he’s the best in the biz for me because he lets the game actually play out.

Their results (today included) have massively hidden just how bad they've been. I said it a few weeks ago—Chelsea have been playing much better than their results show. Honestly, the two teams are basically opposites right now in terms of performance vs results.

Drury sucks. Also, whoever calls everything "delicious" (might be him) is creepy.
