Everybody seems to follow Christian Eriksen. He said no to multiple offers from big clubs like Manchester United, but do you guys see the possibility that he leaves Ajax this summer?

I think he stays put. He is a lot like Hazard, he knows his big move will come so he wants to stay put until he is sure he's ready."The academic support at Ohio State, there is no way you can fail. Even if you're giving minimal effort there is no way you can fail."

Re: The Transfer Thread
I like it. He gives us pace and the ability to break on the counter. He was fantastic last year under Ancelotti.Ramires singed for 5 more years with Chelsea. Not a fan, personallyComment

Re: The Transfer Thread
I would just appreciate it if he didn't give the opponents so many counter opportunities. Maybe it was just AVB's tactics, you know now that I think about it, it probably was AVB's tactics that accentuated it (playing him as a holding mid), but his touch and ability to win 50/50 challenges in the midfield is lacking in my eyes.Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
Yeah, he's not built for a holding mid (physically or skill-wise) which is what Carlo played him at initially and I immediately declared him a bust. Then he moved him out wider (his natural position and the one he plays in for Brazil) and he just ran his tail off and showed his quality. I think a lot of players were unsure of their roles under AVB.I would just appreciate it if he didn't give the opponents so many counter opportunities. Re: The Transfer Thread
Yeah, I think this is a good point. Ramires is actually one of the aspects of AVB's scheme which bothered me the most. Hopefully he moves out wide under new management, because 5 more years of him turning the ball over in the middle is not something I look forward to.Yeah, he's not built for a holding mid (physically or skill-wise) which is what Carlo played him at initially and I immediately declared him a bust. Re: The Transfer Thread
I'm still waiting for official confirmation from United themselves. If it does happen, there goes another touted academy guy! On one hand, SAF would try harder to keep him if he were worth it. On the other, Pogba's agent represents Balotelli and Ibrahimovic. So....
Arsenal 2013 - Fighting for third! Nice to see them get a guy who's more known. After the EPL's big names' exodus to Spain 2 years ago, I wanna see more of the big names back in the EPL no matter which club they sign for.Lukas Podolski to Arsenal in the Summer for £10.9 million.
