Re: The Transfer Thread
Paul Lambert why are you taking all of my Feyenoord players especially our captain! But all seriousness Ron Vlaar is a solid player he will be missed but Feyenoord have many young talented defenders coming up. Also I find it very very weird in my football manager season with Feyenoord I sold Vlaar to Villa after my second year....strange I tell you.Comment

I hear Vlaar basically has cement boots, which cannot be good. Hopefully he adjusts to the EPL.Paul Lambert why are you taking all of my Feyenoord players especially our captain! God I cannot wait. Collins is trash.Solid signing! This will probably pave the way for Collins to return to West Ham (rumored).Too Old To Game Club

Re: The Transfer Thread
Yea he does plus he turns so damn slow sometimes. Did you watch him in the Euro I wasn't impressed, but what you do get is a great team player who doesn't get rattled easily and he has decent speed faster than both Dunne and Collins at least, he is good in the air and has a thunderous shot and he takes free kicks and penalties pretty well for a defender.
He does come with a risk in that he has had injury problems in the past but, the last three seasons he has been in great shape so maybe that is in the past. I didn't expect him to move anytime soon especially since Feyenoord have a chance to make the Group stage in the Champions League this season but I am looking forward to see how he does in the EPL. Also do you know what the transfer fee was?Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
I'm not sure how many of you are aware/ actually care but the mighty Bristol
City signed former Cardiff keeper Tom Heaton today.
(Some of you may remember his performance in the carling cup final penalty shoot-out against Liverpool).Comment

Re: The Transfer Thread
Eh, whatever. If he wants to risk sitting on the bench instead of playing all the time in hopes of being moved to a more favorable team, that's on him.Comment
