Everything I've read says his buyout clause really is that low. Think about this from Atletico's point of view: it's a world cup year and they have an assload of debt, they aren't going to take a chance that Costa has a bad world cup which would drive his price way down. Not to mention that they ALWAYS find themselves another striker.

As much as everybody thinks Jose hates Lukaku, I'd be surprised if they got rid of him. Even if he doesn't fit perfectly right now, he's only 21, there's not currently a better striker his age anywhere.

Obviously I could be wrong and Jose could end up shipping him out, but for a whole lot of reasons that just wouldn't make much sense.

I wouldn't ditch Lukaku. Injuries happen and he's got a ton of talent. Costa though is an awesome addition. Chelsea not have won anything this year, but damn that squad with Courtois, Costa, and Lukaku make this team a big threat.

Ahh the old Benzema to Arsenal Rumor

Maybe this season will be different from the last 3 and he actually goes. Unfortunately for the PL though, I'd think Benzema leaving would only mean RM is going all in for Suarez

Honestly, one of them would have to change their game. Both of them are the center of their respective attacks and both take way more shots than the rest of the team. Benzema works so well partly because scoring goals is really his secondary job.
