A lot of Chelsea fans are on the fence about this one. They see it as more of a marketing move which probably does play a part but they’re also forgetting that he’s a really good talent who has experience at the highest levels (UCL, Bundesliga, USMNT) and is still only 20.

I’m looking forward to it. Might have to splurge on a new kit next year.

Its amazing to me how many Chelsea fans I've seen in comments that are upset about this purchase. I'd be over the moon if we bought him.

Its just anti-American bias mixed with people only looking at his stats. Throw in some “why haven’t we bought a striker” and it’s a hat trick of January Chelsea status quo.

I’m glad Liverpool backed off when they saw the price. Will probably sign Werner for 10-20M less and be very happy about it.

Also a lot of Chelsea fans are nervous about CHO leaving and they are seeing this as something that could push him out the door.

In reality, their best positions are on opposite sides of the field from each other and we needed a winger regardless. This signing shouldn’t have any impact on CHO and his future.

The post comes off a bit overly negative towards Pulisic, but a lot of that is to combat the general overhype that has surrounded him. I do agree with a lot of what the poster has said though.

I think Pulisic is a good player, and in all honesty his actual talent level is below Chelsea, but I think his attitude and his work rate will put him above many other players. I'm also very interested in seeing him with Giroud/CHO as the other attackers.

Also, in blasphemy news, it appears as though a Chelsea kit is the first kit of a rival that I'll end up purchasing.

I'm happy for Pulisic making the move to a big Premier League squad because I'm a much bigger PL fan. I just never have been able to fully embrace the Bundesliga.

I don't support Chelsea, but I hope he gets playing time and plays well.

I've always been a bigger fan of the game and it's players than any single club. The older and more cynical I got, the more I realized how little unwavering support matters. Now I just want to watch good players play and good games. I'm certainly not here to pretend I'm an Arsenal diehard when the only reason I'm a fan of the club is that I got the pleasure of watching Thierry Henry at the 1998 World Cup, when I wanted to find a team to follow, I simply chose the team he played for.

Plus, I love collecting jerseys/kits

He’s the player that I really want Chelsea to get. Can play anywhere in the front three, pacy as hell, and a good finisher.
