Game's giving me the old Show "freeze on startup while online is down" routine. Unchecking connect to internet started it right up.

What camera settings work best for you guys? I increase the fov about 5 clicks and camera distance back a couple clicks seems good so far

Yeah, I upped the FOV and camera distance. Helped a lot. Scoring a few goals here and there against the computer on Pro and getting better at clearing and defending. I still suck, but improvements are being made.

That definitely a great suggestion. Also make sure you take advantage of the ball tracking camera mode too. In most situation the default mode is just no good.
