I am a 31 years old bussiness manager (currently unemployed ... cauf, cauf ... with plenty of time) at Dominican Republic ... My hobbies consist on following sports, play videogames and write poems and stories ...most importantly, I am an OSholic ...

Couple of questions..How many will be hired? Will everyone get a note stating whether or not they got the position? Also, is there any timetable sent for the hiring?

Lol sounds like me. I just got a job and I still feel unemployed because I took the low paying crap position to keep unemployment off of my back.

Several of our previous writers at OS have used their experience here + their education to land quality jobs across the sports spectrum.

I'm guessing this is code for "there is no pay for this job." Still, I might jot a few things down now and then just to put the line "I write sports content for a website with X amount of traffic per day" on my CV.

I teach college level writing at a major state school, and I've written for a number of publications both local and national. I'm too busy to commit to a certain number of anything a month, but I'd be willing to do the occasional review or preview piece on a sports game I'm familiar with.

I know it's not what was asked for, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.
