I remember playing the original NES Ice Hockey using the NES Max controller. It was just a so-so controller for most games. However, when I played Ice Hockey with it, I loved the precision of using the moveable button on the d-pad.

PS3 is best controller ever, not close. XBOX over PS3 is a joke. XBOX 360 controller is heavy and poorly constructed

How about the ColecoVision Controller??? And yep I still have at least one of these but I believe I have both...
Oh and I also wasn't a fan of the N64 controller.

It's actually too big/wide for me. I like the PS3 controllers. Very small, efficient, and are (for me anyway) a perfect fit.

One thing though - I have no idea why the N64 controllers had buttons on the back of the controller, haha. Even the shape of the controller was something out of this world .

The Atari 2600 should get a special durability award. I abused the heck out of that stick, playing tons of hours with a library of like 40-50 games. I sat on it by accident, threw it on the ground in anger, spilled soda on it and it's still standing today. What was that thing made of kryptonite?
