Gotta go with NBA on this one...as much as I'd like to give the love to The Show. Sorry MLB..but you're crappy commentary needs a serious overhaul. NBA 2k16 is the closest thing to watching a sport on TV out there IMO.

NHL '16 for 2015 - as the NBC overlays and presentation felt like you were watching real TV!

I vote for EA SPORTS NCAA Basketball '10 for best sports presentation of all time! With the CBS and ESPN graphics, the CBS Tournament brackets - it all looked and felt so awesome! Why can't Madden or MLB use real sports today?

I also really loved the NCAA Football '14 ESPN score ticker as you played your games at the bottom of the screen. Why can't today's sports games have a score ticker or ESPN Bottom Line if you are playing Single player, offline franchise modes? That is all that I play, and really wish they would bring this back.

I remember the old NHL & Madden games on Sega Genesis when they would show how another game in your league ended, of NFL 2k where they showed you highlights and had a show that talked about injuries, potential draft pick for next year, etc. It really felt like you were in a virtual reality sports league. Now it is all generic and vanilla.

I think it is because the sports game makers put all of their attention to online stuff, Ultimate Team, and the 2k stuff that they try to make $$ off of micro transactions.
