FIFA 19 - Once again, for another year FIFA is the best and most complete sports game out there. From animations to weather to the sheer amount of depth with all the different leagues.

Best New Feature of 2018

Madden coming back to the PC.

Best Overall Feature of 2018

Series being added to NBA 2K19. Also importing and the overall sharing of player DNA in NBA 2K19. When it comes to roster editing, no other game offer the most rating and playbooks. NBA 2K offers the most customization in sports games.

Game of the year: The Loot box, nothing else mattered in sports gaming.  New Feature NBA2k's my career features, still better than anything the other sports games offer. Best overall feature is the presentation of NBA2k. I have no idea about indy sports unless Football Manager counts, it's always quality.  FIFA 19 and especially FUT and the Journey should get special mention as the absolute worst that gaming has to offer.

BEST SPORTS GAME:

i played more NBA Live than any other game this year but no way could I justify saying it’s the best game over MLB The Show or FIFA. I didn’t really like Madden and I couldn’t get into 2k. PES  is up there for me but only after mods which disqualifies it. I guess I’d have to go with MLB the Show. 

BEST NEW FEATURE:

even though I disliked the game, Madden coming back to the PC is huge. My pick for best new feature is related to that. I vote for Origin Premiere. Awesome value.

BEST INDIE SPORTS GAME:

OOTP  but with Fire Pro Wrestling world as an honourable mention.
