NHL 19 "Skill zoning" is a requirement as they refuse to make the AI able to cover backdoor passes. If the user could actually trust the AI to not wonder into the corner instead of staying in the slot and actually playing defense, you'll see skill zoning go away.

I would also argue for 2k their biggest area for improvement is servers. It's long past being a joke at this point and is just frustrating that in 2019 you still have so much lag. The Rec Center actually made it worse by having so many people in a single instance having 6 (8?) games going on at once. I have gigabyte internet with no connection issues from any other game and yet when I boot up 2k I can guarantee I will have 4-5 or more lag spikes a game in Rec. It's insanely frustrating and this doesn't even touch on the fact that the game is already played with lag and is unrecognizable from a career game. How they haven't understood how to bring the fluidity of a regular game like FIFA or Madden is beyond me.

For me personally, the biggest improvement The Show, Madden or NHL could make is to port a version to a handheld gaming platform (my preference would be the Vita, but I know that would be absurd, so I'd settle for the Switch).  I find that 90% of my gaming is now on my handheld device.  Since I am a baseball/football/hockey fan, the Vita remains my best option.  I would love to be forced to buy a Switch!

I'm not sure how profitable (or popular) the Show is, at least compared to Madden & NBA2k (talking about online franchise returning to the Show).Quote = ‘‘there's just no good excuse ... for a series as popular and profitable as MLB the Show not to have online franchise‘‘

stop focusing on microtransactions and add online franchise for mlb the show 19.....diamond dynasty is fine and all but let me create my own team (or add an expansion team mode) and play a  season against the current mlb teams. also, bring back season mode where i can adjust the number of games please. nba 2k stop focusing on microtransactions and add FIBA teams to the game. WNBA is a step in the right direction but you really need FIBA in there. NHL 19 needs to add roster share already and bring back outdoor classic arenas again.
