Re: Madden 24 Franchise sim stats
Any difference between sim & online stats? I'd like to be able to keep my franchises offline so I don't have to fork over $ for Live Gold just to have a working franchise mode.
Also, how are sim stats during games? Will my halftime adjustments still show that the opposing QB only attempts short passes?Comment

Re: Madden 24 Franchise sim stats
As another user commented, it’s really good from my vantage point. Its been noticeably off for sometime now — with something new wildly wrong each release — but I’m confident that this is the best simulation engine that Madden has ever put forth (I’ve been playing since 2005).
It’s my favorite thing about franchise mode updates at the moment.

Super sim - qbs not passing longer than 30yds.
Offline - noticeably higher ints than online, but could be a problem of sample size.

I’ve read a lot of it is still tied to playbooks which is pretty disappointing.Comment

Re: Madden 24 Franchise sim stats
Two tests so far both offline few good things few bad nothing game breaking bad like previous years.
QBS have a way to high TD to Int Ratio. Mahomes had a 50-1 season one year highest int i saw was 17 from Aaron Rodgers.
QBS rushing yards are fine save Lamar and Fields being under a 1000 but everyone else that scrambles is decent Hurts crossed for 10 tds plus both tests. Allen,Hurts Mahomes, Burrow and Lawerence had near their totals irl from last year.
Running back receptions continue to be on the low end guys like C-Mac Kamara and Ekeler not even getting near 50 receptions per season. On going problem from past years. Reception average has been toned down most are under 10 per game.
TE yards are also down only Kelce got over a 1000 yards both times Andrews And other elite TEs barely cracked 900 yards.
WR yards are ok for the most part nothing really stood out.
Sacks Ints and tackles are ok quite in line with what we have seen recently few 10 int seasons and 20 sack seasons but nothing outta of the ordinary.
Kickoff returns are low league leader had less than 10 returns both times hardly any TDs on punt return or kick return.

Re: Madden 24 Franchise sim stats
Interesting. I did a sim season today and only had 4 QBs over 4000 yards. No one got to 5000 — Mahomes led the league with ~4700. Passing TDs were definitely inflated though. 4 guys with 40+ TD passes.Last edited by GR5Noles; 08-17-2023, 01:39 AM.Comment

Re: Madden 24 Franchise sim stats
I was actually satisfied with last gen sim stats. I could change some traits of Qb to lower completion percentage a tad and change playbooks for teams that passed to much. Not possible with current gen. Completion percentages are to high and pass attempts are to low. So many guys average around 200 and less yards per game. I wish they could tune it to be like last gen. There's no way to increase pass attempts. You can give everybody the same playbook but that's not a solution. Also supersim Qb rarely throw for a pass longer then 30 yards.
If any developer sees this please at least tune current gen sim stats to be like last gen. Low pass attempts and completion percentage to high for current gen. Passing Td are to high. If anyone is confused I'm referring to Xbox series and Ps5 as current gen. I haven't played Madden in 8 years cause of sim stats. I was actually satisfied with last gen with a couple edits. Not knowing I was on last gen though. Played current gen tried to do the exact samething and it looks like I won't be playing again.
Current gen passing td are high as hell with low pass attempts and high completion percentages. I even changed Mahomes trait to oblivious and lowered his accuracy in each category by 10. Still had a 69 percent completion percentage with 47 td. Some Qb averaging like 160 yards per game and still throwing 60 percent. Come on EaLast edited by haloofduty; 08-17-2023, 10:26 AM.Comment

Re: Madden 24 Franchise sim stats
What about special teams and turnovers? Field goals have been a problem for years now because of all the TDs. The league leader usually doesn't even crack 20 FGAs. Also, fumble recoveries have been broken for years. The league leader usually has 5 or 6 on the season.Comment

Re: Madden 24 Franchise sim stats
This may not bother people but for whatever reason always gets me, they still don't sim any receptions over 30 yards (I believe) unless it's a TD, and far more annoyingly, no rushes over 10 yards unless it's a TD. First sim test and there were too many guys with 200+ carries and their long rush on the season was 10 yards. Hopefully, it's just an aberration but I was bummed to still see this. It's even more obvious when you super-sim during a game and actually see it visualized.Comment
