Yes. I'd be willing to bet a lot of money there's gonna be at least one 5000 yd passer every year in the NFL from here on out. The league is enforcing pass interference this year yet again. these are the top 10 receivers from last year

4 Demaryius Thomas, WR DEN 92 143 1,430 15.5

5 A.J. Green, WR CIN 98 180 1,426 14.6

6 Alshon Jeffery, WR CHI 89 150 1,421 16.0

7 Andre Johnson, WR HOU 109 181 1,407 12.9

8 Pierre Garcon, WR WSH 113 184 1,346 11.9

9 DeSean Jackson, WR PHI 82 126 1,332 16.2

10 Jordy Nelson, WR GB 85 126 1,314 15.5

That's an average of 15.1 yds per reception. Some guys averaged 18 and 19 yds per catch. Not a single player in Madden's top 10 averaged over 14, and some years, no one over 13. That's a pretty big difference.

I just find it disheartening that everyone is so happy about these new numbers because the bar for accuate stats was set so low with the previous sim stats. These are still by far the worst sim numbers of any of the 4 major sports games, by a pretty big margin.

And there's a lot of other innacuracies in the sim numbers across the board, but I haven't really looked at everything in depth, and the innacurate passing and receiving stats are the two that stand out the most to me.

I'm not trying to nitpick for the sake of nitpicking, but these are still not good sim numbers just because the previous ones were so bad. They're just not.

I just ran the rest if my season out. I was only in preseason 3rd week. Also i font bave injuries on so i am not sure if that plays in.

FAM, would be able to check if the players progressed and didnt regress? That was a big issue before they fixed the sim stats. A lot of starting qbs were dropping to the 70's and whatnot.
