We don't know when, but yeah according to the article all EA Sports titles are going Frostbite, I knew Madden probably was going to, just not sure when.

If they got it FIFA already I doubt it takes 3 years to get it in Madden.

Hopefully, this eliminates entirely the old coding system that's been holding some of the sports games back, ie Live and Madden.

Let's hope when it's implemented, it's done correctly.

Surprised that no one has commented on the speculation that given the short term development cycles utilized by sports titles, some game features could be missing for a year or so as the transition takes place. I don't know about you, but I think this would be a catastrophic mistake for the Madden franchise. We are already faced with a game that lacks features that were present over a decade ago. I would rather sacrifice a year or even two on the Frostbite engine such that when the time comes, we get a whole and complete Madden complete with a full litany of features.
