Amazon preorder delivery date?

I cancelled and reordered AGAIN today...now I have a delivery date of the 10th. Unbelievable. Ordered 3 different times and got 3 different delivery dates.

Anywho.....all set now!

Mine was saying August 15th canceled and try to re-order and it says August 16th. Don't think I'll be doing Amazon this year.

I just tried it multiple times and still get August 15th or 16th. I'll just pay full price and get it digitally.

Amazon Prime shipping timeframes are heavily dependent on where you live, that explains the differing dates.

I ordered HOF edition, Amazon Prime member. 20% discount (physical copy) and release day delivery.

My copy is out for delivery.

Called and complained they offered a credit but couldn't guarantee it would arrive on time. Said it's a problem they are having with preorders and they are looking into it. I had the same issue last year and ended up canceling. Didn't have this problem with prime prior to Madden 18.

did you see the different date estimates prior to actually placing your order..
right before the confirmation page, it gives the delivery date

wondering if you actually have to order/cancel to get diff dates.. or if just running to the last step of the process is good enough
