I have recently purchased an Xbox S. Is Madden 23 worth buying or would it be better to just download 21 or 22 from Game Pass? I only play offline franchise. Any advice would be appreciated.😁

I wholly enjoyed 21, just starting to get the hang of 22 after over 3 months of struggling.

but 23 can be had for $29.99 brand new.
so it's as good a time as any
(other than waiting for Madden 24 in July/August and buying 23 then)

Gameplay is a priority. At that price, it would be worth trying out.
What about all of the bugs I keep reading about?

Obviously it has it's own problems but if it's just a question of the choice between those then yeah it's better than 21/22 imo.

and it's half off so i guess the only thing you have to ask yourself is how much are you going to be playing it and is $30 worth it for that much time to you?

I'm an online player exclusively. IMO 21 has the best gameplay, 22 has the single best mode (Campus Legends), 23 has the online community now.

Also fwiw 23 is likely going on Game pass after the Super Bowl, so you're paying for two months of playtime.
