CFM Crashing After Slow Sim/Cpu vs cpu Fix

Seeing tons of people having problems with this.

If you disconnect your console from the internet, the game will not crash after a match finishes. Be sure you aren’t connected to the internet when you start the game. If you do, this trick won’t work.

Will try this today, but this didn’t work for me yesterday. I was logged in at first and then disconnected only right before my game, so today I’ll remain offline the entire time and report back. Thanks, this is a really frustrating bug.

Yeah. Try being offline when the game starts. I’ve told at least 10 people about this and it’s worked for all. Actually doncropper figured this out. All credit goes to him.

I wish they’d sticky this thread. I see tons of people having this problem.

Thanks! Worked perfectly! Now they just need to get this function back into online CFMs as well, and I'll be all set. Appreciate the fix.

No problem. Hate for people to quit the game for something that’s fixable.

Wow. I thought I was crazy. I actually took the game back to gamestop thinking it was the disk...then it happened again! Gonna try this TONIGHT!

Maybe I'm missing something. It's still not working for me. I've turned off my internet in the PS Settings and got the same error after trying it out.

Don’t know man. You’re the first to say it doesn’t work.

Did you turn off the internet before you started the game?

One guy said it failed for him, but i think he turned the internet off mid-game.

Quit the game/app, disconnect from net, and try it.

Yeah, I made sure my net was off before even turning the system on cause I plug in through an Ethernet cord. This worked for me after my previously failed experiment of playing an online game, disconnecting from internet, than trying to finish an offline game. Seems like if you sign into the EA servers at any time during your session, slow SuperSim will not work and cause crashes in both online and offline franchise.

Whoa. Don’t have access to online cfm. Shocked that it does it there. Not a good look at all.-

Oh yeah, happens the exact same way both on and offline. Tested simming defensive side of the ball at normal speed in my online franchise and didn’t have any problems. Specifically triggers whenever we sim slow. Crossing fingers it gets fixed next week.

I wrongly assumed that the online cfm’s would work and wouldn’t be affected by this glit
