Yes I have attempted to edit madden 11 by first attempting to change team names just to see if it made a difference. The only thing you can change is players names and that is all I looked into it. I couldnt find much of anything else.

So you were not able to change team names? Did you try to edit the name into one with the same amount of letters? Like Rams into Gams to test?

If it works for player's names, then it works for team names too.

Please let me know exactly what you attempted, and maybe I can give you some help. Take a look at what we've been able to do with NBA 2k11...edit almost everything...colors, names, arenas, jerseys...

You can easily edit Player names because there is no restriction when it comes to changing names in the game. The team names I tried to change the Bears to the Fears and nothing popped up... I'm gonna do a test right now though to make sure.

No restriction on player names? That's great.
I'm hoping there's a way to get the Houston Oilers, LA Rams and STL Cardinals in the game for classic rosters...Can you change uniform colors?

I just need to let you know that anything from EA is extremely hard to hack, mod, or hex edit because they are way more up tight than 2k. I'm gonna try to change the Bears name in a bit after I play the demo...


I don't have m12 but will test m11 to make sure.

What is hex editing? Can you do it on ps3? Are you saying you can take the file out of the game and change names and stuff? Can you changes ages and all that stuff also? Im interested in this because I love accurate rosters

Every one asking for mods need to post saves with exact stats. Can't help without files

I hope so because this would mean classic teams could be created for both the 2012 and 2013 PS3 game!
