uhm wtf (madden 12 imported draft class)

I had the community's first full release of the rosters for 360 imported today on my early release madden and they are all randomly named I had 4 years worth and they were all named correctly in ncaa but not in my import the players seem to be right like the best wr is blackmon from OKSU but its a random name, is it just the early release ****ing up or what this sucks cause i wanted my players i played with in that dynasty to be nice when they got imported but now i dont want to use those files because of this, anyone??

This happened to me as well. I also tried to sim another season of ncaa to see if I made a mistake the first time and the draft class still imported with random names.

Yea this is a HUGE gamebreaker as im experiencing this as well... I think its Xbox360 only..

I wonder if it's an issue with the first set of rosters. I imported draft classes from NCAA and the names are showing up fine.

I have a 360 as well.

I had Luck, Blackmon, Richardson show up with correct names etc.

I think I know what the problem is in NCAA 12 you have 2 chances to import before players leaving and after I imported mine from after and it works fine maybe importing before players leaving is whats causing problems.

This concerns me, big time. Didn't the developers specifically mention that imported NCAA draft classes were improved in 12? Or is this something that will eventually be fixed in retail and not in the Season Ticket version? This is all quite confusing to hear.

I think kjj may be right. I always save the first time they ask as opposed to the second. So you think if I go back and save afterwards. I really hope you're right though. None the less it is great to hear that someone on 360 is getting it to work properly.

UPDATE ON GLITCH:

It only asked me to save ONCE when I was playing straight through.. Thus the classes never load.. BUT if I shut the game off and load it back up, during the "Players Leaving" screen it asks for the second time. Seems i have to back out and go back in to the game in order for it work properly.

Cool. So basically.... simulate a season, get to "players leaving" screen, save it, reload it, advance and then save the draft class right?

This is crap. I played 15 years worth of NCAA Dynasty and they can't even get the imported draft classes to work? That's garbage. They stuck me for 2000 Microsoft Points. I'm furious.

My draft classes worked just fine, I would retry the preseason again. Just to be sure.

Also, whats up with these guys that come in preseason and are like 90 overalls? Why would I want a rookie to come in and be one of the top 5 players on my team?
