Connected Career constant freezing can't do anything?

So I bought madden and read that there are lots of bugs with offline so I got LIVE in order to avoid all these bugs.

Create my Coach and go about my connected career but it wont stop freezing.

It has frozen 5 times in a row all at different screens. The ticker at the bottom will still run and move so the xbox isn't crashing.

This is not fun.

Anyone else having this problem? Or just me?

I had a similar problem an hour or so ago... it froze once and I decided to call it a night... Earlier tonight, the servers were completely down or borked or something. I couldn't connect during about an hour of trying here and there... Then once I eventually got logged in, the game froze at a loading screen about 20 minutes later. I hope it's just an isolated incident tonight, as I played yesterday for 3-4 hours off and on without any freezes at all.

I'm playing my first preseason game of my online ccm and every time that I go to the depth chart Nd switch from positions it freezes. This has happened about 6 times. Real annoying

are you guys using a created coach with gameface?

I was yeah. I will make a new one without a game face and try again I guess.

Same thing happened last night for me in the preseason depth chart. Kept freezing everytime I set my roster and backed out

Its not Gameface unfortunately. I have had the game since mid last week and it has constantly freezed on me in many different situations (online and offline) and I have not used Gameface at all. It happened the most when I was going through the different team rosters. Like Mackie said you can still save but the game just doesn't let you do anything. On Monday, it froze 11 times in one day.

Why put something in the game if its not tested through and through EA? Game face feature is cool and all if it works, as well as all your other ''new'' game modes that crash, freeze etc.

My game disc froze 4 times in 3 hours & late last night i just had it i was in mid draft when it just stop.. the New feeds from their server mite have something to do with this.. they go and posted all the news NFL network is already reporting like scores from actual games... Okay cool but thats allot of traffic data incoming and i saw there only was about 60,000 people in their servers.. not saying its not allot of people but Ghost recon & other FP hold three times as much with a ton of data flowing seaminless without interruption... And some of these FP has tanks heliports & kindas of data and style no server crash...Just think if gears of wars at launch day servers didnt work or disc would freeze, or Call of duty , I mean WTH EA ya need to get your act together its being a long time with the only excusive permit... And the game changers... I would like to ask you guys did you guys actually test the game or what was showed to you guys to be all 100% in support of game that seems not to work... neither version DEMO, Early Trial , And now the game disc freeze issue... Seriously days after lauch...

yeah same issues. Ive had maybe 5-6 freeze problems, the last one was trying to start a online franchise game, it just stopped before going beyond the "team" screen.

I'm having all these same issues too. I was told by EA it's my xbox's fault and was even told that the replacement Arcade model Microsoft gave me might not be capable of playing this game without it freezing, so whether a patch can fix this is questionable. however i do think i can be fixed, who knows how long. they just really didn't bother to properly test the game.

You guys have HDDs? Or just the arcade and 4g slim consoles? Word is, u gotta have substantial memory..

This is not only a problem with xbox. I have the PSN download version and connected careers doesn't work, just just starting a game will instantly cause a freeze.

All models of the 360 have the same amount of RAM.
