Model Scene Viewer:
Here is a model viewer for Noesis. Just open player.noesis in Noesis and you can view player model with diffuse, specular and normal textures. To change textures, text edit the .noesis file and change texture names.

Awesome! When you're done will you provide it as files that can be easily swapped on the disc/folder read by PCSX3?

Yes, to run the game with extracted files. Just replace files in the folders and that’s it. Doesn’t require db changes or anything else.

Is their a way to get this on a modded ps3 and can you do all teams in the game? I'll give you more info on what teams I would like.

NHL Home and Away first. I don't have ps3 to test it out but probably yes. Modded 360 and rpcs3 tested and works.

How is the method for install The jerseys? Is neccesary decripted any files or something? I have The PS3 modified.

Here is a short video how to install files on rpcs3. I think you can do the same on modded ps3. Extract big files and replace files in the game folder.

Testing create a team custom rgb logo template for Vegas. This is just for testing.

Options are:
1) Replace a stock team and make graphics for it
- need to change team name, abbreviation, city names etc in loc.db
- need to change helmet and jersey colors in roster .db
- need to change menu arts

2) Use create a team template
- no need to make changes to loc.db and roster db.

Would this with with the most recent ps3 roster update from the pinned thread in the roster section? Either ref99 or molifox roster.
