Here is a couple of suggestions to help make it feel real and run smooth..
Download any of the roster updates we have posted, start a new franchise, then..
Select all 30 teams as user controlled..
Turn injuries OFF
Leave 40-Man Roster, Trade Management, and Injury Management (Major League Automation) All on for every team that you will NOT be using.
The team you will be using, turn those off.

Sim thru Spring Training, then turn injuries back on. (slider - 15) This is a personal preference due to the fact that everytime I sim thru spring training, I get about 1,500 injuries.

Other than that, the rosters and lineups that Mike has set for each team will remain intact. Now keep in mind, players that are on the DL are stashed in AAA or even AA in some cases. You may want to manually put them on their respective teams, if you select auto-manage, then the game may do something stupid like have Justin Upton bat leadoff for the Braves.

How to use the offline links?

Spoiler

1. You need to make sure the usb you're using is configured with the xbox

2. Go onto MLB 2k and save a random roster to the usb

3. Come here and download this roster (DO NOT RENAME THE FILE), and put it on your desktop

4. Go onto xtaf and open the second file at the start, and then open the file in that one

5. drag the roster into xtaf

6. Plug memory unit into xbox and enjoy!

7. If that doesn't work you have to copy and paste system ID and all of those long numebrs in horizon to match a roster that you have saved

Just so everyone is aware, we do not plan on using the REDitor anymore. It causes lots of problems to the file we have, and we do not feel like making hours of changes just becuase it would be faster to use REDitor. Hope you guys understand.

What to expect in the Dec. 1st V1 Update

All teams with accurate transactions
Most Teams with accurate rosters
Some teams with accurate ratings

As of now the accurate rosters are (EVERY TEAM!!!)
And Accurate Lineups/Pitching Rotations (LAA, HOU, OAK, TOR)
Accurate Ratings/Potential (LAA, HOU, OAK)
Don't worry there will be more in the update

If you are wondering why so little it's becuase to go from Sept 25 to Nov 11 in transactions takes some sweet time.

What to expect---
5 Team Demo (Astros, Angels, A's, Jays and Braves)
All transactions complete for all teams
The Demo teams will have all lineups/rotations and ratings right
