FYI...

I have 27 teams done. Each team will have "projected" 25 man rosters - 13 position players and 12 pitchers.

I have a few players to create - Rule 5 guys & a key signing. Tanaka has been created. Only the Tigers, Twins & White Sox are left. You will also find a good number of minor league updates as well.

Things have moved along quicker than anticipated because I already had some preliminary work done to the file. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised... I'll keep you posted!

December 28th

- all teams with projected 25 man rosters
- each team with 13 position players and 12 pitchers
- all lineups adjusted according to mlb depth charts website
- numerous minor league additions
- newly created players (Tanaka - FA)
- no contracts or updated jersey numbers yet

Will be a "working file" that I'll update occasionally over the offseason. Perfect for Play Now games!!

He's back! Funny thing happened today...around 3CST I started a game as the Tribe in Tampa. First time I've played 2K12 in many months and of course I was wondering if "mk was working on rosters for 2k14. nah, it's too early".

Then I just pop in the forum and whaddya know! Sweet. I'll download now..

Thanks for all the hard work. BTW, are you still sticking with 40 batting power for USER?

Thanks, man! I wasn't going to do rosters, but then I think of all the starving children who won't have a new baseball game for their 360 console and felt badly...

But seriously, it's been fun to do. We have a dedicated group here, and this really didn't take all that long (in the big picture) since the file we did last year was really beyond amazing.

Yeah, still using 35 contact and 40 power for user (in the set I'm using). You have to be patient and work the count... Not always an easy task.

awesome! thanks for doing this again what with the family and all. Glad to see this game is still alive.

I now have the Show on Vita but 2k12 remains the only baseball game I have on 360. So again, much appreciated for your continued effort. Hope you get some enjoyment out of it in some way, at least for all the hard work you put in.

if there's anything you can think of that I can do (minor league transactions? not sure about contracts, though) - I'm a kid so I have free time and I'd be happy to contribute.

Nice to see I'm not the only one doing this. I haven't done all the teams yet, but I am about halfway through. I been moving players from one team to another on MLB2K13. To bad they didn't give us the option to custom schedules or create jerseys in the event teams have new jerseys.

Yeah - I can do so later today.

I have uploaded another file at 2K Share. It has the Jesse Crain signing with Houston. It also has the Pit-Tex minor trade. I've also tinkered with some slight ratings stuff. Read a few blogs and noted some pitching things.

For anyone who is using my sliders, I have another update there as well.

I worked on the file for a couple hours last night. I updated a TON of the free agent contracts - still have a page and a half of them to finish from my notes. I created Mark Mulder and added him to the Angels AAA team. Joe Benson signed a minor league deal with the Marlins - updated. I also am looking at some ratings stuff.

Expect another update by the weekend...depending on how much more happens with transactions.

Mark Mulder added to LAA (AAA team). Some more minor league non-roster invitees noted. Many free agent signings had contracts updated - but still some more to fix. Various ratings edits - some stuff I'm reading on blogs regarding pitchers, etc.
