There are different flag animations but I do not know if they are directly tied to the mph's of the wind.

Just be happy that it is not blowing full throttle to the right!

Yes they can. There are 2 types, the one where they poke their head out of the dugout and one when they come out at the edge of the dugout onto the field.

Nem - so you saw the flag blowing both ways? Man, this is good news. For some reason, this has bothered me to no end! How did the flag look? Next gen or still pixelated as hell?
