For those who want Playoff mode, 2011 version

[Yankees2009Champs]

For those of you who are interested in a playoff mode for the 2011 season I have a file for you. IF there are people interested in my franchise file, then I will post, otherwise I will just be playing my franchise the way through.

I have the Playoff Tree set up exactly as it will be played out in real life. I have the team records as close as they possibly can. (Remember, I'm the Yankees and I have to win.) I tried to get authentic pitching W/L records for most of the pitchers along the way. Service time for players is as accurate as I could make, because of the limit on 5 to the DL. I will have accurate 25 man playoff rosters, as well as pitching rotation.

I thank Knight and all those that helped to produce the OSFM Opening Day set, Jason_19 for his accurate edits that I included, and Rod_Carew29 for his batting stances/pitching motions.

I will post prior to game 1 of the ALDS for those that are interested.

Dude that would be friggin' awesome!!, i just came on here to see if it was possible to rig a season to get the real-life playoffs, you rule

But how do i get them once they're posted...on sportsconnect? what will the title be?

Why isn't there a playoff mode in this game anyway...im sure it's been asked before but why not just let us setup our own playoff bracket, maybe in mlb12...

That's the funny thing...I don't know how to upload my file. I saved it, put on the external hard drive, but I can't upload via .rar because it's too large a file. Can anyone help me out?

Ok I had some trouble doing this but the file is up. The file is uploaded to sendspace as I was unable to compress it to the required 8 MB. The download link is in the original post. Playoff rosters will be set as of 9am tomorrow. I will be making edits to the first post for all changes. If anyone needs any help, feel free to ask. I'll answer any and all questions.

Lol it's my season! I'd usually play a game a day. I usually let season play out til All-Star game for integrity of stats. (If you look at Rockies, they played higher than expected, I had to have them lose 20 straight!). Then I would sim each game seperatly until I got the right result, then save and do the next. I did this last year if you look at my 2010 tree in my photo section. I strive for authenticity.

You need to download the link, unzip the files into a folder. Take files and put onto a thumbdrive, flash drive, portable hard drive.
