What is noticeably different in RTTS in '12?

I'm especially curious about free agent offers. That's always been the biggest let down about RTTS. Winning the Cy Young the year before I hit free agency for the first time should make things way more fun than it did!

Just started up my power lefty, drafted by the Astros. Won the first game 6IP, 6H, 6Ks. I get the feeling that pulse pitching is gonna make the beginning of SP careers a lot of fun.
