    Pulse Pitching is too easy!!

I kind of figured this would happen eventually. I'm only my 7th or 8th game in and already throwing 75-79% strikes with it. It becomes too easy to time when to hit the button to pitch to make an accurate pitch. Back to Classic Pitching I go!!

Did you attempt to up the difficulty on pitching? If you are hitting your spots every time with 4th or 5th starters on Legend pitching, then I'm not sure what to tell you.

I'm on Allstar with it. It's not that I don't lose, or get hits on me. It's just my strike % is wayyy too high. MLB average is 62% with good pitchers around 65% The league high was 69% by 7 pitchers, and 68% by 10 pitchers. I'm well over 70% which is extremely too high

I didn't ask if you lost, I asked if you upped the difficulty.

Well always throwing the ball in the zone would probably do that. A high strike percentage isn't necessarily a good thing either. You could give up a dozen first-pitch hits and your strike percentage is 100%, but I doubt you'd be in the game much longer with a stat-line like that.

I understand all that. I use the API and throw the catcher suggested pitch every time, whoch definitely has me throwing outside the strike zone when called for. The cpu does foull off alot of pitches too which doesn't help (lowered that to zero and still see plenty). I don't throw right down the middle though lol. It's just easy to time when to hit the button for the circle to be as small as possible for an accurate pitch.

I tried Legend difficulty and that doesn't make it any harder to time the button to throw the pitch where u want to throw. All that did was give up a homerun on my 4th pitch trying it on a high-inside fastball so no thanks.

I just want accurate strike % while using API like I do, and pulse pitching doesn't do that imo.

I thought it was easy too.. but I was playing on Rookie. Going to test it now on All Star.. uh oh
Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather.

Bump your pitching difficulty up to HoF.....you won't have this problem

It's hard for me to believe that a person would post a thread about something like this before increasing the difficulty.

These percentages don't tell the whole story, its not telling that pitchers are only able to throw strikes 60% of the time,a majority of the time, these pitchers are choosing to throw outside the zone

No disrespect or anything, but if you say its too easy on all-star, but then you raised it to Legend and "gave up a homerun of the 4th pitch, so no thanks," then I guess what you want is for it to be too easy.

I use PP on All Star with default settings and I can honestly say that it is not easy. As soon as I think it is getting really easy, I give up 4 hits and two runs in a game.

Then I will come back and have a great game.

To me PP is not too easy but I readily admit that I am not the greatest at this game either.

This. You have to throw the ball out of the zone more. Change it up, but don't complain its too easy then complain that you give up a homerun on the 4th pitch
