How's the online play a few weeks later ??

Even with the official sony 1.7.1 update the blue screen error issue continues online. Might as well call this mlb 14 the show: blue screen error edition. I dont think i will purchase another day one mlb the show game again untill after patches have been implemented.

Don't think any patches are gonna help this game. If we don't see something before the end of June/early July then I would not bet on anything getting resolved. I honestly don't believe what's going on wrong in the game CAN be patched. A patch can't fix everything. I.E. - The catcher freeze glitch from a few years ago. Never ever got patched.

Nope. Still absolutely horrible. I hope it will be different nightly but i still want to throw my controler at the tv everytime it crashes or my player runs past 2nd or so on.
We deserve partial refund at this point.

It is very disappointing we are in the PS4 Gen and the online play is horrible like it is the first time we every tried this concept. Also, can you no talk to your friends during online play?

online play is unplayable IMO. It's not even fun to try. Way too laggy and jumpy. And different things happen on your tv and the opponent's tv in the same game. This needs to be patched.

This is the biggest issue, along with warping players, and it's still not fixed.
