I would say to try it and then tweak as necessary.....probably need to start with your accuracy so that you can pitch effectively and then potentially move on to tweaking CPU contact & power if necessary

Stick with these sliders, bump up to Legend and then start focusing on hitting / pitching and either increse or decrease what you feel is needed (1 click at a time) ......don't go too crazy changing a bunch of sliders at a time and no more than 1 click, otherwise you will never be able to tell exactly what is fixing what and you could create more issues

Same. It just feels wrong to put contact up to like 9 on legend. I played 20 on legend I can’t hit anything in 21 on legend.

Are they still looking at a Friday release? I know they probably are, I'm just being impatient and nosy . I'm holding out for a surprise release tomorrow though...jk. I can't wait

TNK - "TEST" New York Mets Franchise
Game #15 of the season

New York Mets (7-7) @ Colorado Rockies (4-10)
Pitching Matchup - David Peterson vs Kyle Freeland

Kyle Freeland was struggling with location as the Mets loaded the bases in the top of the 1st with 1 out and Michael Conforto would drive a ball deep to the gap left-center that would bounce over the wall for a ground rule double scoring a pair of runs to give the Mets a 2-0 lead. Freeland would limit the damage but needed to throw 36 pitches to get out of the inning. The Rockies jumped all over David Peterson in the bottom of the 1st as Tapia led off with a triple and scored on a RBI single by Trevor Story to make it 2-1. Peterson would hang a breaking ball over the plate to CJ Cron who absolutely crushed it for a mammoth 480 foot HR to give Colorado a 3-2 lead. Peterson settled in after the rocky 1st inning and would get McMahon to ground into a 4-6-3 double play ending the 3rd inning and we would go to the 4th inning with the Rockies leading 3-2. The Mets had two men on with 2 outs in the top of the 4th when Almora ripped a ball down the LF line and into the corner for a RBI double as Nido scored to tie the game and Villar tried to score from first base but was thrown out at the plate. The Rockies took the lead right back in the bottom of the 4th as Lindor pulled Alonso off hte bag for a throwing error to allow Blackmon to reach base with 1 out and Garrett Hampson smoked a ball to the wall in CF for a RBI triple giving Colorado a 4-3 lead. Yonathan Daza RBI single made it 5-3, then he stole second base and came in to score when Freeland poked a RBI single into CF making it 6-3 and knocking Peterson out of the game as Sean Reid-Foley came on to pitch for New York. Kevin Pillar started the top of the 5th with an absolute bomb as he crushed a ball 467 feet for a solo HR to cut the deficit to 6-4. Jhoulys Chacin replaced Freeland on the mound and would get Lindor before Pete Alonso turned on a slider inside and crushed a 498 foot shot down the LF line for a solo HR to make it a 6-5 game. JD Davis would launch the 3rd solo HR of the inning for the Mets with 2 outs as they pull even at 6-6. Reid-Foley retired the side in order in the bottom of the 5th and we would go to the 6th inning tied at 6-6. Brandon Nimmo gave the Mets a 7-6 lead with a pinch hit solo HR to RF in the top of the 6th and that would be all for Chacin as Kinley came in to get out of the inning. Seth Lugo recorded two quick outs in the bottom of the 6th before Yonathan Daza took him deep for a solo HR to tie the game at 7-7. The Mets squandered a lead off double by Lindor in the top of the 7th and the Mets would load the bases against Lugo for Ryan mcMahon with nobody out in the bottom of the 7th. Trevor May would come in to a tough situation with the bases full and nobody out and would get a big strikeout of McMahon for the first out. CJ Cron was up next and May would get out of the jam as Cron bounced into an inning ending 6-4-3 double play to send the game to the 8th inning with the score tied 7-7. Thomas Nido led off the top of the 8th with a liner in the gap for a double and Joanthan Villar would rip a ground ball down the first base line into RF for a RBI double to give the Mets a 8-7. New York was threatening to add some insurance as they had runners at the corners with 1 out and Carlos Estevez would come on to face Kevin Pillar who would hit a ground ball to the right side but would beat out the double play and Villar would score to make it 9-7. May remained in the game and Charlie Blackmon would lead off the bottom of the 8th with a solo HR down the RF line to make it 9-8. May struck out Hampson for a big out before Josh Fuentes pinch hit single put the tying run on for Colorado but May would come back to strike out Diaz on a filthy slider bringing up Chris Owings with 2 outs and Fuentes would get gunned down by Nido trying to steal second base to end the inning and send the game to the 9th inning with the Mets leading 9-8. Pete Alonso lined a ball over the head of Blackmon in RF for a triple to start the top of the 9th and Conforto would pick up a big RBI with a sac fly to make it 10-8. Edwin Diaz came in to pitch the bottom of the 9th looking to close it out and walked Owings to start the inning before coming back to get Tapia and Rodgers and the Rockies were down to their final out. Ryan McMahon stepped in for Colorado with 2 outs and Diaz made a good pitch putting a 97 mph fastball low and away but McMahon was able to drive it opposite way to LF and the ball would bounce off the top of the wall and over for a dramatic game tying 2-run HR to tie the score at 10-10. The Mets started the top of the 10th with a man on second base and Villar would line a RBI single into CF to make it 11-10. Albert Almora would add a RBI double to make it 12-10 and New York would hand it over to Jheurys Familia to try and close it out in the bottom of the 10th. Familia would get Blackmon to fly out for the 1st out but the runner tagged and moved up to 3rd base. Hampson would ground out to Lindor at SS for the 2nd out with Cron scoring on the play to make it 12-11 and the Rockies were once again down to their final out. Dom Nunez would come up to hit in the pitchers spot and grounded out to Lindor for the final out as this game finally comes to an end with the Mets winning a wild on 12-11 in extra innings.

WHAT A CRAZY GAME!!!!!!

Re: TNK MLB 21 Sliders

I'm happy that your collaborating with Ridin, good stuff.

I have to lower the difficulty on hitting, and that just might be me. This is my first Show game since 06, so I have some catching up to do. So when the rosters drop tomorrow, I will have Hitting at lower difficulty to start my franchise and will hopefully up it as the season goes on.

However, I think the pitching is right on. Nice to have the CPU hit realistic.

Re: TNK MLB 21 Sliders

First time giving your sliders a go, and man, I dig these! I've had such a hard time getting realistic results pitching, it's always too easy, and these sliders are finally challenging me! Coming from classic/pulse, I'm really enjoying meter. Great work dude.
