Franchise mode end game stats not recording correctly for some games

I complete a game in franchise mode and my pitchers pitch 0.0 innings 0K 0BB etc.
Batters go ex. 2-4 in game but once the game is complete it’ll record the stats as 0-1 like the game was never played or only the first inning was played. I’ve noticed it 2 of the last 4 games I’ve played. What a waste of an hour per game and good AB’s.

Edit: I can’t be sure but I think it was raining in both games. But one didn’t get interrupted and the other was delayed but finished.

I have reported the same thing. Happened more than once. Send a bug report as this is a BiG glitch. And it wasn’t raining in my games.

Might not have been raining in all the games for me either. Seems like there was a rain delay bug in years previous so I thought maybe it could be the reason but it’s not. So annoying. Almost feels pointless to play franchise move right now

So are they not recording stats for the game at all, like for the season stats. Or do they just not show up in the post game box scores. If your season stats don’t get recorded then playing franchise is pretty much pointless. This is such a great game but stupid things like this kill it.

Yeah it’s not recoding for the season stats. It’s a problem for real and why im last in the league in runs scored.

Well this game is dead for me if they don’t fix it. Great job SDS.

I’m guessing everyone’s BA’s HR totals and ERA are all screwed up as well?

What happened with me is the stats will be fine for, let’s say, 5 innings, then BINGO, the box score resets. It completely wiped out my SP totals for the year, he reset to 0 across the board.

Did this start after one of the patches? From what I gather one of the patches broke a lot of things in this game. But if this is happening then this game is done for me. No point in playing it at all.

Bad thing is I see no way they can fix this without ruining franchises that people have already started.

Are these games started, then saved (in game save) and resumed?

Are they being simmed at any point? Ex: sim and then jump in?

Are they using the new custom entry feature?

Are they quick counts games?

I’m at end of June (70+ games actually played) and my stats have counted in each game and my answer is no to all above questions.

Just trying to find a common denominator in those games it’s occurring

You know, I can’t really pinpoint when it started. I do 2, 3 save files, so I have reloaded and QM the games it screwed up.

I understand your frustration. I only play one season and done, but if it affects you guys who do multiple seasons, all that offseason stuff it can be a real disaster. Only has to happen once, I guess.

I gave as much detail in the bug report, with photos, as I could.

I play every pitch. No saving in this franchise. If I have to leave the game I will put the PS in rest mode. I do NOT sim any of my games. The other day it occurred as I was playing. Forget who it was but player was shown walking toward plate and it flashed his batting stats, zeros. I looked at the box score, believe it was the 5/6th inning….wiped out.

The recap at the end of the game showed the stats accumulated from the point they reset.

Oh geez, now this. I gave up on creating a spring training stadium because the seats turn white during games. Ok, not a big deal, but man, the experience with this game is at best getting stale and more like just consistently disappointing.



I really liked the gameplay thus far. I mean, I know a patch can screw everything up sometimes if the DD addicts stage a boycott, but if stats aren't recording.... come on man.

This would be a killer if they can not find a fast fix. I mean stats is a big one. Bad enough the 95 other things that still plague franchise they still have not fixed (Age drop-off, etc.). But we have a ton of storylines LOL

This game is finished for me if they don’t fix this, and I don’t see how they can without destroying everyone’s franchises that they’ve already started. At some point “but the gameplay is great” isn’t going to cut it anymore. This is that point with me.
