Graphic glitch upon selecting pitch type?

Anyone seeing a slight hitch in the graphics when selecting a pitch while pitching in any mode? It seems when I select my pitch type, the screen flickers a quick second, like goes from light to dark. I am just checking to see if anyone else notices it or if its my tv. Thanks for any feedback.

Edit: I dug a little deeper and changed to a smaller LCD TV. If you choose the "pitcher" camera while pitching, look around the mound at the grass, it looks great, very detailed. Choose your pitch and the grass will flicker and change to a low resolution.

Yeah this has been talked about some people have said when they select a pitch that they noticed the graphics look like they get worse like the games resolution drops or something. I have not noticed it at all and even started looking for it after people started talking about it and I still don't see it at all.

I also have been trying to notice it, i did see it in one of the streams where the pitchers hair changed but have not seen it in a game yet. maybe it is with specific stadiums and i also use meter pitching so am often focusing on the meter.

Its the grass in RTTS. I went as far as switching TV's and noticed the grasses resolution changes once the pitch is selected. It does it in other modes, but isnt as noticable.

The grass definately loses its 3d affect when selecting pitches.

Curiously it doesn't happen when watching CPU.

I got the game early and noticed it right away and posted it in the impressions thread. Most people it seems arent noticing it. I'm going to guess your using a pitch view that's one of the closer ones right behind the pitcher? It's alot more noticeable in that view and waaaay more noticeable in day games. I'm pretty sure the people that aren't seeing it are using a different camera view.

The closer views I discovered are the only ones that lose resolution. I changed to the pitcher center camera and don't see the resolution change.

Its not a game breaker by any stretch of the imagination, just a little annoying as my vision is very sensitive and it drives me eyes nuts! None the less, the new camera is working great!

Yeah it only happens in zoomed in views as cameras that are further out dont display 3d grass.

I have been using the camera that switches deepening on what ball park you are playing in. I think it is like broadcast pitching view or something and I see nothing.

Yeah I've noticed this since day one as well. I pitch with a custom behind the pitcher cam. The grass changes from 3d to flat and the sleeves of the catcher sometimes get glitchy.

Funny thing is during warmup pitches eveything stays nicely 3d. Probably too much to calculate when the cpu steps to the plate so it changes to the flat carpet.

I have been using the camera that switches deepening on what ball park you are playing in. I think it is like broadcast pitching view or something and I see nothing.

Not sure about the grass but what I noticed is some kind of yellow outline on the pitchers jersey. Was using broadcast view pitching with Lohse of the Brewers in the new new home alts at Miller Park and after every pitch selection there were yellow out line lines all over the back of his jersey.

Definitely there on broadcast camera, but not a game breaker one bit.

Not a game breaker but hopefully it's just something glitchy that can be patched. No game breakers in this game.

I posted this the first day I got the game.

Choose Any team at the Mets in Citi Field and also 1pm game clear skies

Be the Mets and when you pitch from the broadcast came select the pitch and watch for these things

The grass goes from high def to low res

The hair on a pitcher like DeGrom goes from low res to high res it seems when pitch is selected.

The catchers mid sleeve goes from nice looking to looking like it was bitten by a rat

The worst is the seats behind home plate go from having no handles to all having handles at the same time and sun hitting them which def distracts the mood

Also if you use CC Sabathia to pitch in Yankee stadium his long baggy pants on the ankle area turn to a pixelated mess when selecting a pitch
