Post Season Injury Glitch?

Late in my 2018 franchise , my SP left game with an injury. No message popped up after the game about the duration of the injury, he was good to go for next start. Skip a few weeks into the playoffs, 2 of my players get injured in the ALDS and ALCS, in-game it said they could be out 3-4 months, After the game no message popped up about duration of injury and they were both good to go for next game

Is there an injury glitch? I have not seen this in any previous years

I think it starts before the post season as i didn't see any injuries throughout the league in the last month or so of the season and when my players did get injured during a game it would be like it never happened once i got back to the menu's,lost prince and Andrus during game one of my ALDS against KC but both were fine for game 2.

thanks for the response. I just wanted to make sure that when next season comes around that injuries are back to normal throughout the Regular season. I was thinking that i may have to start a new franchise in order to get the injuries right again.
