GameStop has just posted another MLB The Show 17 video. This one features some of the improvements in Franchise mode, including more details on Critical Situations, player lock, quick manage and more.

More details will be revealed in the vlog scheduled for tomorrow and the Twitch stream on Thursday.

Hoping for the more interesting franchise mode improvements/changes from the stream on thursday!

I wasn't expecting much, but I was expecting more...

Atleast they didn't touch the scouting system as they have done every year for the past 4 years.

I'm sure there will be more things in deep dive stream...I hope

Did you guys really expect this to announce all the new features? The Vlog doesn't even drop until tomorrow. And stream is Thursday.

So just more ways to play Franchise mode without actually playing games? Bit disappointing tbh, as a player who plays every game it's essentially a whole lot of nothing unfortunately. Didn't have very high hopes tbh, companies seem to be moving away from putting effort into the classic offline game modes

Interesting additional features. But honestly don't think I will use any of them. I play every inning and every game of my franchise so they wont be an option for me. Though come to think about it, they might get some use down in my minor leagues. This could actually get me more time invested in playing even more of those game. So yeah never mind, opinion changing as I type this.
