Gamestop PSN We Need This

So ive seen this posted already but now i have confirmation from Gamestop themselves they are indeed releasing the game at 9pm est tonight. So my question is can psn get this also? if i would have know this was a real thing i would have never got it on psn.

If anybody else thinks this isnt really fair that gamestop does it and we should all get it please get ahold of Ramone maybe he can do something to help us out although he may not be able to or may be to late

Man the retail shops already have it bad since digital games are starting to become the norm more and more each year. These things are the last tiny things they can do to win back some of their consumers.

I think it's quite fair that Gamestop is releasing the game earlier. It helps their employees out so they don't have to stay until 1am and, like LastActionHero said, it's basically the last way for brick and mortar stores to try and compete with digital/Amazon sales.


Plus, Ramone can't do anything about what PSN does so contacting him won't do anything.

In a week you won't even remember that you missed out on 2-3 extra hours of playtime on Day 1.

So glad I read this, just called the gamestop where I pre-ordered and they confirmed they will be releasing at 9pm local time tonight. Nice. Thanks! Gonna get it tonight instead of tomorrow!

My thing is this i buy one game every year and this is it. I would have never ever ordered from psn if i knew this gamestop thing was 100% true. So in that sense i feel cheated lol bc i could have played for a few hours before i had to goto bed for work in the am. Sorry i just feel cheated lol

This is more so that way everyone can PLAY THE GAME at release. They still have to wait an hour or more so that way the game can install and the 8GB patch, which all of you digital people should have done with the preload option. Also ALL of the online components aren't going to be active until 12am EDT anyways. So in the end it doesn't really matter that they get the game early.

Fair enough i just hope that 44gb ive downloaded was everything lol
