Jersey number carousel in RTTS.

Offer a default number we picked a number and put it on default it stays until we change it.
It's a shame because this game is Just amazing amazing gameplay beautiful game it's just such a simple thing and this carousel number thing is like a thorn in my paw

No doubt. We can edit jersey numbers in franchise mode, this should not be an issue on a game mode like this. Especially considering the frequency of how often we see our player's back.

Last years game, the rotating numbers stopped for me when my player was traded. I haven’t played much of rtts this year because of the pitcher DH/RF bug.

It doesn't bother me as much as it does some, but I just joined the number carousel. Was traded by the Mariners to the Nationals in my first season in the majors at the all star break. I am now #23 instead of #22. They didn't seem to think I deserved to have Juan Soto's #22.

What is the pitcher D/H/RF bug? I either haven't encountered it or haven't noticed it.

Only some have had the issue (myself included), pitchers will be the primary DH or RF for AL teams the entire season. For example, every time I play the White Sox, Michael Kopech is the DH and #4 hitter.

It’s that time of year again to bump this thread. Hopefully The Show 20 can fix this glitch (or is it a feature)

It's a broken feature if it is one.

One fix could be adding a secondary preference number as well. So I can have preferred number listed as #11 and if it's taken, then I could use a secondary like #22...unsure what would happen if both are taken tho.
