It's worth it. I just bought myself a new 4K TV before Christmas. I was using the same TV that I bought when I started college in 2007. I ended up trading in my original PS4 I bought in 2013 & using the $120 credit towards Gamestop. I knew it was about time to get a new console anyway. You can tell a huge difference when hitting. I can't wait for this game to be released.

Its WORTH IT!!!! OMG what a difference. Everything looks so much smoother. Playing on a 58" LED Smart tv. I instantly noticed the difference in gameplay as soon as I turned it on and started playing. It looks smoother, faster, more real, and I havent even gotten the 4K tv yet. I wish I would have gotten it sooner. Pull the trigger The Kid!! You wont regret it.

I have pro and recently bought a 4K TV and its a huge difference between a 1080p HD set....

Everything is so crisp and the colours just pop more...

You’re not alone, man! I’m in the exact same boat and have been on the fence about getting one since last year. But this thread has made me determined to pull the trigger, even though I have no plans of buying a 4K tv. I’ll probably get one within the next week.

Getting a Pro last year was the best decision I made in awhile. I'm also still on a 1080p TV, but the smooth frame rate is awesome. Also a lot of other games such as Zero Dawn Horizon and Shadow of War give you better graphics and textures at 1080p as well.
