Yes, I keep getting logged out. I opened it in my browser and it worked fine.

Dang. This plus the MVP edition makes for a nice little haul of packs to open right from the get-go. Not sure how much DD I'm going to play, but this definitely makes it all the more enticing.

As far as I know, you will have access to the game the exact time that every other person in the world does.
