only available in NA, imagine my surprise. on the plus side, at least here in Europe they make up for it by not letting us download the game until 20 hours later than the US.

Yes, I keep getting logged out. I opened it in my browser and it worked fine.

Dang. This plus the MVP edition makes for a nice little haul of packs to open right from the get-go. Not sure how much DD I'm going to play, but this definitely makes it all the more enticing.
