Ha, 38 here, shocked how many people in this thread are very close to my age. I’m not taking a Show day. I just started a new job in Jan. I get pretty much 4 weeks vacation a year but need to bank up for summer vacation.

Last year, I had a show day because it released on the same day I closed on the sale of my old house I was selling. So I spent the rest of the day on the Show with my new PS Pro and 4K TV.

I enjoy the heck out of the Show and have played 162 the last 4 years but I normally wouldn’t take a Show day. The Show has pretty much replaced NCAA Football for me and I almost always took a week off work for those releases so I 100% get it! Enjoy!

Oh, and I’ll work at home tomorrow so there will likely be a game or two of paid baseball. Plus my wife’s out of town until Thursday night. Play ball!

35 here and while I am not taking the day off, I am grabbing the game for my son (11) so he can get his fix in before we play some games together. Hoping this will be the year he wants to dive into Franchise mode with me a bit.

Taking a half day Thursday for Opening Day, The Show, and ripping some packs of baseball cards open!

Was going to take a day off this week but had too much going on and had to take a day off last week to recharge, couldn’t wait. So it’s gonna be late nights this week and sleepy days at work lol.

The last two years I took a week of vacation. But I decided I’d wait a little bit because of past server issues. I also only work 3 or 4 days a week so I have spare time. I just happen to have Wednesday, Thursday & Friday off this week.

Taking two actually. Just happy today is a normal day off, and then I begged someone to switch me days off for Wednesday as it's my birthday! Yay me!
