I want an owner mode. MLB more then any other sports mode would benefit with a true owner mode. Selling tickets, promotions, luxury tax, building stadium, yearly budget, etc.

There is so much that could be done in running a good franchise that an owner is apart of that just is not there in an NFL or NBA game.

I am actually quite shocked that an MLB game does not have this type of mode.

Franchise mode hasn't been touched it 5 years. They're really playing the the long game with that CBA I guess 🙄🙄🙄

Everything mentioned in the article would be nice to have in franchise mode next year. One thing I would also like that wasn’t mentioned in the article is an injury system like 2k has.

1. Play as your top prospect or draft signee in a RTTS mode throughout the season.

2. ArchTypes and Personalities from RTTS.

3. Morale expanded to include the manager player interaction dialogue boxes as seen in RTTS.

4. Player relationship as well as player and team rival trash talking/text as seen in RTTS.

5. Since Nick stated that he wanted other modes to bleed into each other this is an easy start since you already have the assets and RTTS is essentially and or synonymous to franchise.

6. Challenges like RTTS, but it will be more in the vein of being called up or sent down AAA/AA, maintaining a batting avg, reducing your ERA or WhIP as a Pitcher ect...

Relocation feature as in NBA 2K
Ability to turn OFF retired numbers

Already been said but I want to simply be able to change any team's name.* If i want to change the New York Yankees into the Chernobyl Two-Heads, i should be able too.* Just backspace and rewrite.* Then allow us to upload custom logos etc.* A stadium creator would be great, but i would be happy if they just added a bunch of realistic (not goofy) new, (even generic) major league and minor league stadiums.* Let me edit number of teams or divisions in the league.* And let us assign certain stadiums to teams.* I want to be able to create an independent league if i want.* You get the idea...!

the bolded would be the easiest way to introduce relocation to the Show.

When u look at a player card list all awards, all star appearances, and world series rings.

And for god sake rotate interleague schedules

Step 1: Massively fix everything that's currently in franchise mode.
Step 2: Add more stuff
Step 3: Fix the new stuff as it'll almost certainly have issues.

10 games into my franchise and the Giants are starting Mark Melancon against me.

Some great suggestions earlier relating to features in RTTS that should be migrated to franchise to make the franchise experience better. Like many, at one stage I just assumed that would happen given these features are already built and in the system for want of a better way of putting it, but of course they haven’t been. Truth is they need to.
