Game looks pretty similar overall, but what makes it worth it is the new animations. Caught one at 1B in the inning I played while downloading.

Also never had luck with packs last year and got Yelich from a Twitch pack and Jose Ramirez from one of the ten packs I got for buying MVP. Not a bad start with 2 diamonds!

It's amazing how the real ads in the stadiums adds to the atmosphere and authenticity of the game.

Is pitch speed seem slow to anyone? I have the sliders at 10 for both and it seems significantly slower than 19.

2 things right off of the top for me...

-Pitch Counts are back to being displayed when using Quick Counts!
-L2 modifier to activate presentation within the Show Theme (ex. Starting Lineups)

I love the way they have integrated the new Show score bug - shout out to Kirby and his team again this year... they are consistently knocking it out of the park.

Outfielders now gather and turn their body to throw - in years past they would go into this weird animation where they would throw across their body. Looks really good.

-the new bat sounds have more variety. Better CRACK for solid hits, it adds to the experience
-Not a Cardinals fan, but heard Matt V. refer to Goldschmidt as "Goldie" on a double play turn for the Cardinals. Was that in last year?

Pretty sure that was also in '19. Pretty cool though.

I feel the same. In the two games I played, I got early swings on 124 pitches and late swings on 29. And that’s using two different difficulty settings and increasing the speed in the second game.
