If anything user hitting should be harder...
Oh well haven’t played in a week now, looking like mlb 20 will ride off into the sunset for me.
I would love another sim baseball title... really sucks that we have only 1 option really.. same with football

Wondering if they tried to fix the homerun overlay bug again...
Since DD is pretty homerun happy it would be nice if they finally get rid of it like they promised with the previous patch.

Curious what do they mean by notables during batter walk up? I’ve noticed the stats, batting average, homeruns, and RBIs to all be accurate in my franchise

So wait, they made hitting easier online?

I watch these streamers play, BR, events, etc on all star and instead of games 12-11 with 17 home runs there will be more? Yikes.

Why don’t they focus on making pitching a tad easier so you don’t hang pitches with good release?

Why don’t they focus on making pitching a tad easier so you don’t hang pitches with good release?

Yeah, IRL hitting is not easy. But kids want to be able to hit HRs at will, so......

Update.

Played two event games.

Now granted I’m pretty bad at the game hitting wise online. Just a heads up.

Game 1. Lost 5-2 in 5 innings. Scored on a 2 run home run. My opponent had 3 dingers.

Game 2. I won 5-0 and was still batting in top of the 2nd. All 5 of my runs were solo home runs.

I think that tells us all we need to know. Lol.

Edit again —

Game 3. Lost 7-5. I hit 4 home runs and my opponent had 3 or 4 as well.

Oh god I DON’T like the sound of this at all! What’s the point of sliders if they’re gonna change hitting and play games with the slider gurus and we gotta tweak after every patch basically! Just leave the game alone! It always seem to be fine out of the box!

I found it to be hit happy.. not homerun happy. I loved that. But it ALWAYS goes to homerun happy after all the tweaks! Leave hitting alone when it was great in the first place!

SDS has yet to address the prospect trading issue in either a patch or a roster update. I took the time to balance my own roster, but it would have been nice if the issue had been acknowledged at some point.

I’m disappointed nothing has been done about the home plate dirt at Miller Park yet. I’m surprised more Brewers fans aren’t upset.
